MARK R. RADDATZ
Mr. Raddatz has focused his career on serving commercial and residential landlords, banks, local, regional and national financial services providers. Mr. Raddatz has extensive experience in legal drafting, settlement, negotiation, arbitration, and trial matters. Known as an aggressive, but unfailingly professional litigator and advocate, Mr. Raddatz ensures that his client’s interests are well represented.
Mr. Raddatz graduated with honors form the University of Arizona with dual degrees in communications and business administration. Mr. Raddatz continued his education and obtained his law degree from Marquette University. Mr. Raddatz is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Wisconsin, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the Unites States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Unites States District Court for both the Western and Eastern Districts of Wisconsin.

VICTORIA A. RADDATZ
Ms. Raddatz received her bachelors degree in art history for the University of Maryland and her J.D.* from Marquette University. Ms. Raddatz served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Michael Sullivan of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court and previously practiced in the areas of family law (published author) and in telecommunications and cable compliance. Ms. Raddatz serves now as the general managing partner of the Raddatz Law Firm, working directly with staff and vendors to ensure seamless representation to the firm’s clients.

EDWARD L. PUGH, II
Mr. Pugh has extensive experience in the area of Landlord and Tenant law in the District of Columbia with thousands of hours of courtroom litigation since he began to practice in 2006. Mr. Pugh is known as a fair but agressive litigator who always maintains a professional demeanor with the Court and Opposing Counsel. He is always looking out for the best interest of the client and strives to solve problems with direct and straight to the point solutions. Mr. Pugh graduated with a B.A. in Middle Eastern History from Hampden-Sydney College and earned his J.D. from the Appalachian School of Law. Since graduating from law school he has gained extensive experience in mortgage lending, real estate closings, corporate formation, civil litigation and negotiating settlements. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pugh worked as an associate attorney practicing Landlord and Tenant law with Loewinger & Brand, PLLC.

TOBY ROTH, JR. (COUNSEL)
Mr. Roth brings to the Raddatz Law Firm his broad legislative policy experience and insight into Federal legislation which impacts our financial services industry clients. Mr. Roth received his law degree from Marquette University and is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.
